Contact us, and yes it is 100% confidential. I do not record my calls. Furthermore I do not need your name, if you do not want to give it to me. Also I do not store your number, and I alway except withheld phone calls. I only aim is to get you well. Besides, I will get you well if you want the help. On the other hand, if you want to carry on drinking, clearly that is your decision. There is no pressure.
When to contact us?
- Firstly I will always answer your call, if I am awake. So anytime from 8.00am to 11.00pm I am normally around.
- Secondly, anytime is a great time to call. I do not mind if it is very early in the morning, or last thing at night. I have lived through addiction, and I know time is not a major part of your day.
- Thirdly I welcome all the calls I receive, whatever time it is. I am happy to help het you well.
If you call me when I am not around, as asleep! Then just leave a message, and I will be happy to call you back at a time which suits you.
Is the help there?
